We carry on with the best and purest available raw materials checking their correct chemical & physical properties. We use different steels, viz., EN - 8 Series, 8620, EN -353, 4140, 20MnCr5, 16MnCr5, Stainless Steel, EN - 24, EN - 31, HCHCR and Die Steel. The manufacturing process is very well supported by Material Analysis, Metallurgical microscope and also all type of physical testing equipments. Facilities for customer specific requirements such as tensile Testing, Breakage load, Material Ultra Sound Crack detection are also available. Both our facilities - forging and machining. have been accredited ISO - 9001 by URS & DNV respectively.

Infrastructure:
Our success solely depends on machining and forging of metals. Hence the excellency in product quality depends on the infrastructure. We have 64000 sq. ft. forging facility and 11000 sq. ft. machining facility for better forging and machining. Both these facilities have housed machines that are top of the line in India and abroad. In our state of the art manufacturing facility we have capacity to forge 5000 tonnes of steel forgings annually. Our company is equipped with Belt Drop forging hammers, temperature controller furnaces, in-house die making facilities heat treatment facilities like Isothermal normalized cum hardening tampering furnace, shot blasting etc.
