We are specialist in hammer forgings ( close die ) and other type of forgings . We have in house hammer forgings,friction press forgings,screw press forgings,ring rolling,upsetter forgings. We have a full fledged forging facility couple with fully equipped tool room that includes vmc, cnc milling,shapers,planners,surface grinder,
die grinders,big heavy lathes. In production we have belt drop hammer, 2 ring rolling having capacity of 350 mm ring,friction presses,upsetter having capacity of 5 inches,
in machining we have cnc turning centre,high precision vmc,broaching,surface grinding,internal grinding,centreless grinding,cylindrical grinding,hobbing,auto lathes,automatic induction hardening,battery of production lathes,hmc machining. We
develop components as per cad drawings and also samples. We have our own engineering department and cad station where we first start with drawings and then prototype with ppap iii documents and then after approval final production. We have very less development time for new parts as all facilities are in house .

We manufacture high quality Tie rod end for Tata 1210 and Tata 3516 heavy duty type.We have all infrastructure in house including Forgings , heat treatment ,cnc machining , vmc machining .only high grade alloy steel us used in Forgings of sockets as well as Ball pins .All specs are taken from OE standards .We also use hex nuts for better convenience.

We are the manufacturer of Automobile Forged Components.We have inhouse forgings and CNC/VMC/HMC machining also .

We forge and machine heavy Hex bolts on upsetter and supply with threading .Threading is done on CNC machines and also thread rolling machine .Best VD route material is used like EN 19 and also C 45 as per customer requirements . Lead times are v less and parts can be developed as per drawings also .

We forge GEARS from 0.500 kgs to 50 kgs on Hammers and also do machining on CNC/VMC/HMC.
We have all facilities in House including Induction hardening ,Shot blasting, Heat treatment and  all inspection instruments .We manfacture parts as per samples and also Drawing. We export all
over the world lead time is very less.
